Trading Journal Kaise Banayein: Psychology & Discipline
Trading journal sirf profit-loss diary nahi hai. Ye aapko apne decisions, rules-following aur repeated mistakes ko objectively review karne mein help karta hai.
1. Har trade mein kya record karein?
- Date, instrument aur market condition.
- Setup ka naam aur entry ka reason.
- Entry, stop-loss, target aur planned risk.
- Position size, exit price, charges aur net P&L.
- Rules follow hue ya nahi; emotions aur screenshots.
2. Trade ke baad review karein
Trade profitable tha ya loss-making, isse alag sawal poochhein: kya maine apna setup follow kiya? Kya risk pehle decide tha? Kya exit plan ke mutabik hua? Ek winning trade bhi rule-breaking ke kaaran poor decision ho sakta hai; ek losing trade bhi disciplined execution ho sakta hai.
3. Weekly review kaise karein?
- Trades ko setup ke hisaab se group karein.
- Rule-following rate aur common errors dekhein.
- Gross P&L ke saath charges ke baad net P&L calculate karein.
- Sirf ek ya do improvement points choose karein.
- Agla hafta paper trading ya reduced risk ke saath test karein.
4. Emotions ko label karein
FOMO, revenge trading, hesitation ya overconfidence ko short note mein likhein. Aim emotions ko suppress karna nahi, balki unke influence ko identify karke process-based decisions lena hai.
5. Simple journal template
Date | Setup | Entry | Stop Loss | Exit | Planned Risk | Net P&L | Rule Followed? | Lesson
Har trade ke baad 2–3 lines likhna bhi ek useful starting point hai. Data consistent rakhein taaki comparison meaningful ho.
